EIB - Office Building

In the new office building project of the European Investment Bank (EIB), located in Luxembourg with a total construction area of 63,000 square meters, the role of Design Office Supervisor was undertaken on behalf of Rönesans MEA Construction and Ballast Nedam. In this capacity, design documents were prepared and active involvement in project management processes was carried out using BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Aconex, and Synchro. Coordination between subcontractors across disciplines was ensured, project production processes in compliance with BIM standards were monitored, and integration of the project according to BIM implementation requirements was achieved. Additionally, contribution was made to the development of the BIM implementation plan by the project BIM team, and support was provided to subcontractors in adapting to the project and advancing technically in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and the User Manual (BUM).
